We currently ship throughout the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, peak shipping seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories where carrier service is unavailable
- Locations restricted by shipping carriers or applicable laws
Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions depending on carrier regulations.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@novolli.com.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
